(Nicholas)
I straightened, feeling a fire build up as I spoke to my parents. I had to get them to see things from my side, and maybe if I laid it all out, they'd understand how much I despised Isabella.
I have been visiting them since they asked me to. It's not like I enjoyed being in their presence, I just tolerated them.
"She doesn't deserve to be in that palace," I said. "Isabella was a disgrace the day she set foot inside those walls, and I'm not letting her ruin things anymore. I want her gone, for good. She belongs out there on the street, living like the homeless people she's probably always felt sorry for. That's where she deserves to be. Out in the dirt with the rest of them, rotting away."
