At the moment Zen appeared before the man a punched him. "Rising winter hale" (used by the man), it was the power of the eye that pulled the object which the user is aiming towards him. Zen is not attacking because he saw the future, however he can only see the future but the man have to predict what hill happen from now on. The man increased the manifestation to 79%. Now he was able to see, feel and hear everything. The man appeared right before Zen and slashed him with the sword. Zen disappeared and the man appeared before him again. After constantly dodging attacks , the man increased manifestation again to 88%. Manifestation above 50% means sacrificing their lives if the user's body isn't really fit then can't handle the intensity. It was happening to the man, his body was becoming weak losing the warmth.
