Wiping my mouth with the back of my palm, my heart beat doubled.
It was like I was going to pass out the next minute but I had to hang on as I couldn't afford to let my cover be blown.
When Tiara finished speaking wish Ethan earlier, she had come to make reports to me which I waved off only for her to return about half an hour later informing me of his presence in the vicinity.
Locking myself in my office was the easiest way to avoid him but knowing how persistent Lance could be, I cleared every single belongings, leaving my office bare.
"What are you going to do now? He is already on the floor?" Tiara announced as I grabbed my purse off the table.
