The matter with Demon King Piccolo had come to an end, and Yuujin had smoothly achieved his own goal.
After staying a few days in West City, Yamcha, Tien Shinhan, and the others set off again for Korin Tower, while Master Roshi, Gohan, and the others bid their farewells and returned to Kame House.
Office in the Headquarters of Dragon Ball Corporation
Knock Knock
"Come in", Yuujin said dismissively.
A shy yet beautiful girl with blue hair wearing professional secretary clothes walked in.
As Yuujin saw her, a huge smile appeared on his face. He walked towards her and embraced her, completely shocking Launch.
"Launch, I have missed you so much. Did you miss me as well?"
Yuujin asked with a gentle tone while keeping her in his embrace.
"Lord Yuujin, I…I"
The overly shy Launch started to stutter as her brain was unable to process the current situation.
"You are so cute when you are shy"
Yuujin said after releasing her, gently kissing her forehead. He bent down a but to match Launch's level of gaze and asked her while smiling
"So, have you decided on your answer, my dear Launch? Will you be my girlfriend?"
Launch's face turned bright red and she started to shake while trying to stir up her answer.
"Lord Yuujin, I..I...I!"
Yuujin opened his arms knowing Launch's personality. The moment she saw Yuujin's gesture, she jumped towards him and buried her head in his chest while a few muffles could be heard from her mouth.
"I do!, I do!, I do1, Lord Yuujin I do"
Yuujin satisfied by the outcome kept on hugging her for quite a while.
30 minutes later.
Sitting on Yuujin's lap, Launch peeled grapes one by one and shyly fed them to him.
Originally, it wasn't anything embarrassing, but the mischievous Yuujin insisted she feed him mouth-to-mouth…
"Master, according to the latest report, the people of Earth have now fully recognized your divinity. There are even emerging religions that worship you as their deity," Princess Snake reported, standing beside Yuujin in a snug, alluring secretary uniform as she flipped through documents.
Just as Princess Snake said, humans all over the world acknowledged Yuujin's godly status, revering and appreciating him. Even villains held a profound fear of him.
Some people were even beginning to worship Yuujin fanatically!
"You villain, Yuujin, are you satisfied now? You achieved all your goals," Bulma muttered, looking at Yuujin with a coy glare as she lay in his embrace.
This detestable villain had manipulated all of humanity in his hands—and she herself had even been his accomplice in many wicked deeds. It was all his fault!
"Of course, I'm quite happy, Bulma," Yuujin smirked as he stroked Bulma's lovely face and then dominantly pressed his lips to hers.
Blushing, Bulma initially put up a slight resistance, but soon she was fully swept away.
Even though he was a thoroughly detestable villain, she was hopelessly infatuated with him…
After orchestrating so much and even using Demon King Piccolo to plunge the world into darkness, was Yuujin's objective really just a ploy to show off as a hero?
No, Yuujin was neither a show-off nor a hero; everything he did was for his long-term goal.
Yuujin's ambition was never limited to Earth alone; his sights were set on the galaxy, the entire universe. To achieve this grand ambition, he had to make both himself and Earth stronger.
That's why he had Bulma and Tights create the Dragon Ball Corporation. To elevate humanity's collective abilities, he even released precious alien technology for free—so that Earthlings could quickly grow stronger in preparation for his future plans.
But merely strengthening Earth was not enough. If the people couldn't be controlled, it could backfire. Therefore, Yuujin needed all of humanity to recognize, revere, believe in, and ultimately obey him. Only then could Earth's resources and power truly serve him!
While he had enough strength to force these results, using brute force was the path of a brute. If Earthlings were coerced, they would harbor resentment and always seek to defy him. Yuujin wasn't foolish enough to take that approach. Instead, he chose a smarter path.
He allowed Demon King Piccolo to cast the world into darkness, and then, under the guise of divinity, he appeared to defeat Demon King Piccolo, becoming humanity's hero and savior, earning their genuine admiration and reverence!
Everything went just as Yuujin had planned—perhaps even better than he expected.
When he was merely the president of Dragon Ball Corporation, Yuujin had left a good impression on people. Now, as the deity who saved the world, his reputation soared to unprecedented heights.
One could even say that, with a single word, Yuujin could mobilize countless worshippers willing to die for him!
With this foundation firmly in place, turning Earth into his base for advancing into the universe was now simple.
Moreover, Yuujin had a vital reason for cultivating humanity's devotion beyond these purposes—the Spirit Bomb.
The Spirit Bomb is an incredibly powerful technique, rivalling even the Ultra Instinct in Yuujin's view.
(T/N: "...")
Given its nature, the Spirit Bomb allows its user to gather energy from mountains, land, oceans, and all living beings to form a massive, powerful energy blast.
If the user's power is strong enough, they could even harness the energy of the entire universe!
Imagine that—who would be able to stand against such a force?
Just the energy from Earth alone could wipe out Majin Buu. If he gathered energy from the entire universe, even the so-called gods of destruction would be crushed!
However, using the Spirit Bomb is not easy. Gathering energy requires time, as it's not the user's own power, which they could use freely at will.
Additionally, the Spirit Bomb can only absorb free-floating energy. To gather energy from conscious, intelligent beings, the user must have their consent. No matter how strong the user is, they cannot forcibly take it.
In the original Dragon Ball, Goku would always have to ask, "Everyone, please lend me your energy."
This limitation made the Spirit Bomb less practical. Even the protagonist, Goku, could hardly gather anyone's energy besides close friends like Krillin and Yamcha.
For instance, in the battle against Majin Buu, when Goku and Vegeta were fighting desperately for humanity, Goku asked the people of Earth to lend him energy for the Spirit Bomb, but they ignored him, thinking he was a scammer. It was thanks to Mr. Satan, the self-proclaimed hero, that they finally agreed.
Yuujin had no intention of going through such an ordeal himself, which is why he took such painstaking steps to gain humanity's reverence and recognition.
With Yuujin's current status, if he ever needs energy in battle, he could simply call upon the people of Earth, and nearly everyone would willingly lend him their energy.
From now on, Earth will effectively be Yuujin's personal energy reserve!
