SUZANA'S POV:
As I stepped out of the bustling train station, the familiar sounds of the city enveloped me—the honking horns, snippets of laughter, and the faint strains of a street musician playing nearby. I pulled my jacket a little closer around my shoulders, the chill of the late afternoon air reminding me it was time to head to the hotel for my shift.
I am A hardworking housekeeper at the Riverside Hotel, where the light through the tall windows always had a soft golden glow, and the rooms had to sparkle as much as the chandeliers. I loved the rhythm of my job—each day was a new challenge, and I always felt a sense of accomplishment after a long shift. Today would be no different.
