As the last of the crystalline liquid was entering her body, his soul wisp entered with it. Immediately he went to look for the artifact in her body. As he expected, the artifact wanted to absorb most of the energy, leaving only a tiny part for Yanxue to strengthen her body.
"What!" Mo Shen exclaimed as he saw the artifact. It wasn't any of the other 7 artifacts, it was a golden cauldron. "Was there a golden cauldron among the supreme artifacts?"
"Wait, is the legend real?" From the memories of the 2 artifacts he possessed, he heard a legend that there were 2 other supreme artifacts: the Fire cauldron, and the Ice sceptre. "He didn't think much into it, so he didn't expect he'll meet one of them so fast.
"Anyway, there's no time to waste." Mo Shen said as he proceeded to first destroy the consciousness of Fire cauldron. He could easily annihilate it with his left eyes that could use his soul power and his dao to eliminate any spirit weaker than him. But he decided to use a mild attack first to be sure of its intentions.
After attacking it the first time with the combination of his soul power and his Ruler dao, he heard a screeching noise. The next moment, a figure materialised on top of the cauldron. It was a spiritual figure taking the shape of a female baby.
"Stop, stop great one." A light baby voice was heard from the figure. "Why are you trying to kill me after I just found my first owner? What have I done wrong?"
The voice sounded so pitiful that even Mo Shen couldn't help feeling pity for it, but that didn't make his waver determination waver in the slightest bit. "Give me a reason why I shouldn't destroy you. You artifacts that always try to devour your owner in the end. What use are you to my sister? Wouldn't it be better if I refine you for her to devour?"
"Indeed, it will be better for that in the short run, as she'll progress very fast. But she isn't like you. Your weren't born to be the Chaos Supreme, or to take the Dao Divine throne, you made yourself so."

Since the we came into being, I and the Ice sceptre hadn't found anybody suitable to us. She is the first one that is qualified to be my owner, I will never harm her, this I can swear upon my soul."
Mo Shen thought for a moment. "You are right. It wouldn't benefit her much. So the only way I can spare you is if you surrender and be my artifact, otherwise I'll annihilate your consciousness. "Shen'er, what happened? It's already been a month, is Xue'er okay?" Gu Xian'er said as she ran towards the cauldron to check on her daughter.
"A day?" Mo Shen was surprised. He thought he stayed longer.
After the pact, he had stayed to watch the artifact refine all the energy from the crystal and transfer it to Yanxue's body bit by bit. In the process, he caught hold of the Supreme Devouring dao of the artifact. It was the dao ranked 23rd on the Supreme dao ranking. So he stayed to comprehend it. Initially, he just wanted to comprehend it to the beginning stage and later comprehend it further, unexpectedly, his comprehensive power had increased greatly compared to before.
