At the government base, Noah was quietly sitting on the couch, reading a book. He was a little surprised when Julian came by asking him to house-sit while they were out, but he didn't question it.

Thinking it was Ian or someone from Alpha Team looking for him, he quickly got up to answer the door.
"Oh! Hi... Umm, is Rayne there?" Ella asked shyly. She had come over looking for Rayne and didn't expect Noah to answer the door.
Noah looked down at Ella, noticing her rosy cheeks from the cold weather outside. "Come on in and warm up," he said, letting her in.
