"I don't understand that guy. He acts nicely, and then ends it up with being a mean ass. And why is he always mentioning Ava? I mean I know I mentioned her first, but he acts like she's the next best thing to God. I'm glad David doesn't act that way. It would be—--" she paused, and turned to Nadia.
"You didn't hear anything I said, did you?" She asked.
"Nope, I'm resting. You should try to rest too," she whispered from her bed.
"But I don't want to. I want to tell you about that man, Lucifer. All of his kindness was for what? I still ended the day with a sac over my head!" She cried out.
Nadia didn't respond. She knew if she didn't, Angel would leave her alone.
She was growing fond of the girl, but sometimes, she could be very overwhelming.
