When Odelia realized the car had stopped and there was a group of policemen patrolling the entrance, she could only try not to breathe out loudly and keep her body as still as possible; she went as still as a statue. Calling on all the gods she knew to save her.
"Why is the police checking the truck all of a sudden?" The driver asked innocently.
"There is a dangerous criminal on the loose, so allow us to do our job," the policeman said.
"I see, you can go ahead and check," the driver replied.
One police officer had gloves on his hand and tried to move the trash out of the way when another police officer, who had checked the driver's side of the truck and saw there was no one hiding behind the driver's seat, asked the hardworking police officer in a sarcastic tone,
"Are you looking for a needle in a haystack?"
