Chapter 20 - Chapter 19 World

Through the door David could see Brock aiming the barrel of a machine gun at the door.

David grabbed the metal door and ripped it of its hinges causing Brock to get startled.

David then threw the door in to the room.

Brock's eyes were wide, his back filled with cold sweat as he looked eye to eye with Superman.

Brock gritted his teeth as he began unloading bullets onto David's body lasting a good 20 seconds.

The floor filled with crushed bullets as David stood there un-bothered.

Brock's eyes betrayed the hopelessness he felt at this moment as he dropped the heavy gun onto the floor.

"I'm sorry.." Brock muttered.

"What?" David questioned as he stepped towards Brock, the crunching of the bullets beneath David's feet with every step he took.

"I didn't quite hear you" David said as he came close to Brock's face.

"I..." Brock started saying but couldn't as he felt his throat closing, he swallowed and continued "I'm sorry" Brock muttered sweat covering his entire face.

His back straight as he faced David, his hands shaking with fear.

"You are the reason, I am going to destroy Hydra" David said, his eyes cold, not betraying a single piece of emotion.

"I'm going to make sure they know it was your fault before I rip those leeches out of the planet" David said causing Brocks eyes to dilate.

"Ho... how do you kn... know" Brock managed to get out causing David to smile.

David didn't plan on answering Brock.

David's arm grabbing onto Brock's neck as he snapped it.

A crunch resounded as Brock's head fell weakly to the side.

The life in his eyes fading.

*Thump*

His body fell sideways ways hitting the ground, Dead.

David floated off the ground and headed out of the Helicaririer finally appearing within people's sights.

David glanced at the Helicarrier that kept flying without a controller alive to control it.

If no body bothered with it.

Eventually this Helicarrier would crash once it ran out of power.

Either in the water, empty plains, mountains or a populated location.

It would be best if David threw it into the water.

But instead, David decided to put on a bit of a show, Since everybody seemed to have been watching him, David decided to brush some points for the new mission.

[Planet-level reputation: 50,000/1,000,000 [Complete at least one major event that shocks the citizens of earth]"

Reaching under the Helicarrier, he began to push it up, redirecting it's path.

But he made it seem like, with his own strength he pushed this huge piece of machine that had a length span of about a kilometres and a wing span of 400 meters.

His speeds increasing as he pushed this Helicarrier higher and higher into the atmosphere.

His speed increasing drastically as each second passed.

It looked like a huge meteor was moving in reverse.

From the ocean to the sky leaving a trail behind him.

At this moment, David, who was carrying the Helicarrier, seemed to have turned into a burning flame.

His moving speed was constantly rubbing against the air, and he lifted the Helicarrier whose pieces kept breaking above his head.

At this moment, the damage was further intensified, and the entire hull began to burn.

Among the people who had barely managed to cling on to their lives, they burnt in the fire and heat generated by the friction.

There deaths and were much more tragic and painful compared to the people who simply got lasered, the handful of them that were still alive wanted to jump out of the helicarriers but could not even get up.

The floor and walls kept heating up as there skins slowly melted of their bodies.

*Roar!...*

All the noise suddenly disappeared, and even the burning flame immediately began cooling.

This huge Helicarrier floated quietly as David pushed it into the vacuum of space, if no accident were too occur, it will remain in the universe for a long, long time until many years later when it will be discovered by some other species, or directly captured and destroyed by the gravity of a planet, star or black hole.

The people within whose very skins were melting off, had stopped melting but an even worse death faced them now.

Death by implosion.

Like balloon bags, the handful off Hydra soldiers that managed to live ended up popping.

Blood, organs, bones and skin splattered onto the surroundings.

Everything in space was extremely silent. Looking up, the stars dotted the endless and deep cosmic night sky, and the planets in the solar system are constantly rotating in complete silence.

In David's eyes, there was only the blazing sun at this time, closer then he had ever been, David could feel his body absorb much more of the radiation, rejuvenating the strength he expended trying to push the Helicarrier up in space.

"Yellow sun..." he muttered a little lost in his thoughts.

The yellow sun, that is, the sun in its youth, the yellow radiation emitted by such a healthy sun can provide a source of terrifying energy for Kryptonians, and the sun can make them incredibly strong.

As for how strong the Kryptonian can be, it depends on the specific kryptonian. The specific level of stars assigned by the codex determined that.

When the yellow sun enters its twilight, it will become a red sun, and the red radiation it emits will become a nightmare for all Kryptonians.

Instead of increasing their power, red radiation will continue to weaken it

"Congratulations, Commander, for getting the level reward [Cell Control Technology]."

David was confused as to what that even meant.

This was the first time he had received a reward other then percentage.

So he was curious as to see what this meant for him.
