"Why are you here?" Tony asked with his body covered in a silver Iron Man suit.
His fist balled up and his body in a battle stance.
Tony felt safe, he felt that his Mark 2 suit which allowed him to fly and gave him superhuman strength would be enough to keep him safe from David.
"Hello Tony" David smiled at Tony.
"I am David, a close friend of your father" he said as he made his way over to a couch and sat on it.
Tony did not budge as he was ready, he had watched David battle Abomination with his satellite when the battle had begun.
He knew what speeds and strengths David was capable of so he was not dropping his vigilance for a second.
"Could I have some water?" David asked.
He didn't need water, he had been without water for so many days already.
He just missed the feeling of refreshment brought to him due to water.
"No, and how do you know my father" Tony replied.
"Like I said, I was close friends with Howard, also you can calm down, If I wanted to hurt you your suit would not be able to protect you from me" David said seriously but Tony did not listen so David could only let out a sigh.
"If you calm down I will tell you a little about myself and all about my relation to your father" David proposed a deal.
Tony stood there for a few seconds as his mind thought about what he should do.
Finally, Tony relaxed his body, he didn't remove the suit, but still sat on a couch opposite David.
"Tell me, are you a mutant" Tony said in a tone that seemed like he was almost demanding the answer.
David chuckled as he shook his head side to side.
"Well, where do I begin" David said as he relaxed on the soft couch.
"I met your dad when he snuck into the lab I was being held in"
"Wait a second!" Tony interrupted.
"Lab?"
"Yeah, well long story short they thought I was some kind of a spy sent by Hydra, spoiler, I was not, back to the story," David said, as he began explaining how he met Howard, how they became close, discussed almost everything together including the system, but that part was not something David told Tony.
All the way to when he was killed and one of his regrets of not being able to say goodbye to Howard.
"Wow, that sounds made up. If you were killed, how are you even alive?"
"How do you look young even though you allege that you have lived since the WWII era?" Tony pointed out the obvious.
"And exactly how are you so much stronger, if you were this strong couldn't you have just broken out?"
"Did they perhaps have a weakness of yours?" Tony mumbled within his suit but David heard it.
"Well, I was in a state of healing these past few decades"
"What?!"
"How have you been healing" Tony asked.
"Well that's a secret" David replied with a smirk.
"Let me guess, how you got this strong is also a secret?" Tony asked seriously.
"As for how I look so young, thank you for the compliment" David said without answering.
"No, they did not have my "weakness" I was just not as strong back then."
"How did you hear me say that?" Tony immediately questioned.
"Super hearing" David replied with a smile.
Tony went quiet, David wondered if he should tell Tony about his cells being able to absorb the sun's radiation.
"Maybe when I trust you a little more, I'll let you know, how I got so strong" David said.
Tony was silent for a few seconds, he wondered if he should just stop conversing with David.
If any of what David had said was true about his friendship with Howard.
Tony was willing to bet, David would not harm him.
