Chapter 55 - Chapter 54

Haruka, clad in the sleek green and black armor of Amazon Omega, faced the towering demonic fusion of the Seven Deadly Sins. The monstrous creature, standing three stories tall, radiated an aura of pure malevolence. Its horns gleamed ominously, and its very presence seemed to scorch the air around it.

Gripping the Shotriser in his hand, Haruka braced himself as the demon lashed out, its massive claws reaching for him. Summoning his enhanced speed, he nimbly leapt onto the creature's outstretched arm, running along its limb towards the Sins' grotesque head.

"Your pathetic attempts will be your undoing, Kamen Rider!" the demon boomed, its voice a discordant chorus of the individual Sins.

Haruka pushed forward, his feet propelling him ever closer to the Sins' vulnerable point. As he reached the creature's head, he unleashed a barrage of strikes, the Shotriser's energy blasts slamming into the demon's face.

The attack, however, seemed to have little effect. The demon's thick hide shrugged off the blows, and it let out a thunderous roar that shook the very ground beneath Haruka's feet.

Undeterred, Haruka leapt back, landing a safe distance away as the demon swung its massive arms, its claws slashing the air where he had stood moments before. The Kamen Rider knew he needed to find a weak spot, a way to penetrate the Sins' formidable defenses.

Haruka crouched behind a crumbling wall as the demon drew back its massive head. Its jaws yawned open, a fiery glow building within its gullet. Thinking fast, Haruka pressed his back against the barrier, bracing himself as the demon unleashed a scorching gout of flame. The intense heat licked at the wall, singeing the air, but the sturdy cover held firm, shielding Haruka from the inferno. He gritted his teeth, waiting for the onslaught to subside so he could mount his next attack.

Haruka gripped the Amazon Driver's right handle and pulled it out.

[Violent Punish]

The handle transformed into a spear, and Haruka hurled it with all his might at the towering fusion of the Seven Deadly Sins. The sharp point pierced through the demon's chest, eliciting a deafening roar of agony from the creature.

Without hesitation, Haruka darted forward, his clawed gauntlets slashing at the Sins' vulnerable flesh. The demon thrashed and writhed, its massive hands grasping at the Kamen Rider in a desperate attempt to crush him. But Haruka's armor protected him from the searing heat emanating from the Sins' body.

Enraged, the demon tightened its grip around Haruka and, with a mighty heave, hurled him upwards, smashing through the ceiling and sending the Kamen Rider hurtling towards the streets of Fawcett City below. Haruka braced himself as he plummeted, his enhanced senses heightening his awareness of the rapidly approaching ground.

Haruka landed on the concrete with a loud boom. Dust and debris scattered around him as he hit the ground, but his Kamen Rider armor had protected him from the worst of the impact. Shaking off the momentary disorientation, Haruka quickly got to his feet, his gaze fixed on the towering fusion of the Seven Deadly Sins.

The monstrous creature loomed over him, its grotesque features twisted into a menacing grin. "Did you really think you could defeat us, Kamen Rider?" it bellowed, its voice a discordant chorus of the individual Sins.

Without warning, the demon lashed out, its massive claws swiping at the ground where Haruka had been standing just moments ago. The Kamen Rider's enhanced reflexes allowed him to dodge the attack, but he could see the destruction the Sins were capable of as they pulverized the concrete, leaving deep gouges in the earth.

Around them, the nearby people had started to panic, running in all directions to escape the rampaging demon. Haruka knew he had to act quickly to protect the innocent bystanders, but the Sins seemed determined to sow chaos and destruction wherever they went.

Gripping the Shotriser tightly, Haruka prepared to engage the Sins once more, his mind racing to find a way to stop their rampage before more innocent lives were endangered.

The Vasquez children - Freddy, Mary, Darla, Eugene, and Pedro - emerged from the subway tunnel, their eyes widening at the sight before them. In the distance, Shazam and Kamen Rider were locked in fierce battles, struggling against the overwhelming might of their adversaries.

Mary, her brow furrowed with concern, turned to her siblings. "We need to do something to help them," she said, her voice tinged with urgency.

Freddy, his usual mischievous demeanor replaced by a resolute determination, nodded in agreement. "They're outnumbered and outmatched. We can't just stand by and watch."

Darla, her eyes shimmering with a mixture of fear and courage, spoke up. "But what can we do? We don't have any powers like them."

Eugene, ever the analytical one, considered their options. "Maybe we can find a way to distract Black Adam or the Sins, give Shazam and Kamen Rider an opening to turn the tide."

Pedro, quiet but steadfast, added, "We have to try. They're risking everything to protect us. We can't abandon them now."

Pedro scans the area, his gaze settling on an unattended garbage truck. "I have an idea," he says, turning to his siblings. "Get on, I know how to drive this."

Freddy raises a brow, surprised by Pedro's declaration. "You know how to drive a truck? Since when?"

Pedro offers a small, sheepish smile. "It's a long story," he replies, motioning for the others to climb aboard.

Eugene chuckles, a hint of teasing in his voice. "Who knew Pedro had any stories?"

The Vasquez children hurry to the truck, eager to lend their support to the ongoing battle. As they climb inside, Pedro starts the engine, his expression resolute. With a deep breath, he shifts the truck into gear, determined to use his unexpected skill to aid Shazam and Kamen Rider in their fight against the formidable foes.

Black Adam loomed over Billy, his powerful frame casting a dark shadow. "Give up, False Champion. You cannot win. I will have access to the Rock of Eternity."

The words dripped with venom as Black Adam lashed out, his fist colliding with Billy's chest. The impact sent Billy hurtling through the air, crashing into the unyielding concrete with a sickening thud. Billy groaned, struggling to push himself up, his muscles protesting against the abuse.

Black Adam's ruthless experience outmatched Billy's youthful power. With each blow, the gap in their abilities became more apparent. Billy knew he was outmatched, but he refused to surrender, not when so much was at stake.

Gritting his teeth, Billy summoned what strength he had left, determined to keep fighting, no matter the cost.

Black Adam stands before Billy, his imposing figure casting a shadow over the young hero. "Give me your powers and I can let you live," he demands, his voice dripping with malice.

Billy looks at Black Adam defiantly, unwavering in his resolve. "Never. I don't like bullies like you."

"Then you shall die," Black Adam growls, raising his fist to deliver a devastating blow.

But before he can strike, a loud honk echoes behind him. Black Adam turns to see a garbage truck hurtling towards him, driven by Pedro. In a split-second reaction, the ancient antihero reaches out and effortlessly stops the truck with his bare hands, the vehicle's momentum barely slowing him.

The Vasquez siblings inside the truck lurch forward, nearly thrown from their seats by the sudden impact. Darla lets out a terrified scream, while Freddy and Eugene brace themselves, bracing for the worst.

Black Adam glares at the truck, his eyes narrowing with contempt. With a casual flick of his wrist, he sends the vehicle tumbling, the siblings inside crying out in alarm as they're tossed about.

Billy watched in horror as Black Adam grabbed each of his foster siblings. Mary and Freddy were held by the neck, while Darla, Eugene, and Pedro were trapped beneath Black Adam's feet. A mere twitch from the powerful villain could end their lives in an instant.

"Let them go!" Billy cried out, his voice laced with desperation.

Black Adam's lips curled into a malevolent grin. "Give me everything I want right now, False Champion," he demanded. "Or they will die!"

Billy's heart raced as he surveyed the dire situation. His foster siblings, the family he had grown to care for, were now at the mercy of the ruthless Black Adam. He knew he had to act quickly to save them, but the weight of Black Adam's ultimatum pressed heavily upon him.

Swallowing hard, Billy met Black Adam's unyielding gaze. "What do you want?" he asked, his voice trembling with fear and resolve.

"Your powers," Black Adam stated bluntly. "Give me the power of Shazam, and I will spare their lives."

Billy's mind raced, searching for a way to outwit the villain and protect his loved ones. He couldn't simply hand over his powers, for that would give Black Adam the advantage he sought. But the lives of his family hung in the balance, and Billy couldn't bear the thought of them being harmed.

Conflict and indecision warred within him as he desperately sought a solution that would save his siblings without sacrificing everything he had fought to protect.
