As Carl was preparing the group for another day of training, a sudden roar echoed through the area. It was a sound unlike anything they had heard before—deep, guttural, and full of malice.
Carl's eyes widened. "That's not good."
From the shadows of the trees, a massive mutated bear emerged, its fur bristling with spikes, eyes glowing a menacing red. It towered over them, its muscles rippling with strength.
Jenna's jaw dropped. "Whoa… do you think it'll fit in my space?"
Carl turned to her, eyes wide with disbelief. "Jenna, now is not the time!"
Before anyone could react, the bear charged, shaking the ground beneath its massive paws.
