My immediate younger sister got engaged 4 months ago and we were all preparing for her wedding that was to hold yesterday, I sponsored the wedding with a sum of 1.5 million naira as my sis and her husband to be were so excited as they kept thanking me non-stop. Despite the fact that my parents usually make mockery of me for not having a life partner at my late thirties, I was still happy with my sister and did all my possible best to support her marriage.
The day of the wedding came, congregations were already filled up in church as the Senior pastor conducted the wedding, and when he was almost through, he paused for a while and faced the large congregation. "Is there anyone here that has a reason why this union between this two shouldn't hold??" The Senior pastor asked as the church became silent for a while, the congregations kept looking at the back to see who wants to make a statement.
"She, the bride is carrying my child! A random man with full beards said as he stórmed into the church, all the congregations staring at him with their mouths agape.
"He's lieing! I don't know this man, I don't know him!!" My younger sister said as she burst into tears immediately, "how am I lieing, remember when we made love together??" the random man brought out some pictures and threw them towards the altar, "I will come back for my unborn child!!" The man said as he ran out of the church immediately. The pastor checked the pictures and found out that the pictures were containing my sister's núdes, my sister's husband to be fainted immediately.
That was how my sister's wedding got ruined, my sister cried bitterly as myself and most of her friends kept consoling her.
I felt pity for her, but I had to do what I had to do.
I know the world will call me evil but then if only my parent weren't soo mean to me, I wouldn't have thought of ruining my sister's wedding..,
