I remembered the first time I met Magnus. It was in the forest—his piercing silver eyes had captivated me, and his powerful aura had drawn me to him. With that memory fueling my determination, I stood up and ran into the forest, calling his name desperately.

"Magnus! Magnus, where are you?"

The trees loomed around me, their shadows stretching long under the full moon. My voice echoed, but there was no response. The forest seemed eerily silent, the air thick with an unnatural stillness. I kept running, my feet crunching against the underbrush, my heart pounding in my chest.

"Magnus!" I screamed again, but there was nothing. No sign of him.

Anger, frustration, pain, and fear all surged through me like a tidal wave. My throat tightened, and tears blurred my vision. Why couldn't I find him? What was happening?
