Emerging from the bathroom, Lai Bao treated the wound in her palm, gritting her teeth as she pulled the glass shard out, causing the blood to flow faster than before. In a hazy state, a sensation of heat and itchiness emanated from her palm. Opening her eyes slightly, she could vaguely see a man holding her hand, gently sucking on it. Overwhelmed by sleepiness once again, she slowly closed her eyes.
In the morning, Lai Bao woke up to find the sun already high. Grabbing her phone, she howled with frustration, "Damn, I've overslept! Mu Xiaobai is going to kill me. Lai Bao, are you a pig, why can you sleep so much!"
