Wendy stretched her arms high as she stood over Ethan, yawning.
"Hail, do you enjoy what you see."
Ethan nodded his head at the naked high elf. She slowly lowered herself as Lucy kissed him from the side. For an hour, he could relax, focusing on his two lovers.
Ethan's mood was sour, and his system was still busy updating. His excitement crushed as Sophia informed him she was still locked out of the system. MDK did not say anything, just spun in the air, no jokes or arguments with the women.
Ethan turned his attention to Wendy and Lucy. The two were laughing as they ate—Penny entertaining them. Today would be when Ethan thought he would catch the Skinwalker, solve the case, and receive compensation. Grace had not divulged how much they had earned from the little bit of hunting they did. Ultimately, the trip was a failure. They did not collect enough dire wolf skins to complete their tent.
Miley sat next to Ethan, eating her porridge in silence. Penny had brought books and a cushion for the little girl as a raised seat. Ethan smiled at the little girl beside him, and the little bundle of joy lifted his sour mood. One of the new patrons, a traveller by the look of it, made a snarky retort about giants and little girls.
Ethan turned his head, staring at the man. There was this wet farting sound. The man moved uncomfortably in his chair, paled and placed his silver coins on the table, leaving in a hurry.
Ethan floated up the stairs deep in thought, his hands behind his back and his feet inches from the ground. Wendy and Lucy followed, not daring to say anything. He untied Mei and his quivers from his bag inside the room and shoved her into his robe. Ting-Ting followed. Wendy and Lucy stood near the door as they equipped swords, wondering how this feat was possible.
"Alas, bring only your swords. Leave the rest behind. We will not need it. Use your mithril chain mail to be on the safe side."
Ethan kneeled on one knee and hugged them as they stood in their underwear, ready to put on their chain mail.
"Alas, you have lifted my mood already. Thank you, girls."
Ethan rushed down the stairs, ready to catch the Skinwalker in the trap Thompson and he had planned. Miley stood at the door, hands held out to be picked up. He stopped to pick her up, kissing her cheek and hugging her tightly. The soft little catkin made his day.
"Alas, wait for me. I will return, Miley."
Miley hugged Ethan, and he then handed her to Penny. Shaw waved from the kitchen door. Wendy and Lucy kissed the little catkin, following Ethan through the door. He took both around the waists, lifting them off the ground. They were used to it by now as they held him around the neck. He grabbed their asses to support them.
Ethan flew upward over the village buildings towards the portal. This early morning, shops were busy as people got ready for work and kids for school. He touched the ground before the portal, gently placing Wendy and Lucy down. Bridget met them as they came out of the portal at the academy.
"Good morning, Ethan, Wendy, and Lucy. We set up everything last night."
"Alas, Good morning, Bridget. You look excited."
"Squee, good morning, lieutenant."
"Hail, Bridget, looking good, girl."
Ethan stared at Bridget's ass as they walked to the dean's office. He noticed that Wendy also focused on her lovely ass. Bridget opened the door. Earl paced through his office. He waved at them as they entered. Thompson let go of Astrid; his hand had been under her blouse.
"Good morning. Everyone has arrived. Let this operation begin."
Thompson had Earl by the arm as they walked out of his office. He spoke loudly.
"This meeting is of the utmost importance. Lieutenant Bridget will secure the perimeter of the cafeteria and ensure that no one enters the area without consent."
Thompson turned to Astrid.
"Ensure the cafeteria is secure, and we will head there in a minute."
Astrid jogged down the hall. Thompson, Ethan, Wendy, and Earl's gazes followed her as she ran. Wendy grunted, pushing Thompson's arm.
"Hail, she has a pair of legs on her hay. Wink, wink, nudge, nudge."
Lucy slapped her forehead, sighing.
"Squee, Wendy, are you sure we should not get you a girlfriend instead."
Wendy took Lucy behind the head, kissing her with passion. Lucy reciprocated her attention. Earl and Thompson's jaws dropped at the sight. Ethan could feel his lower part wanting to salute the two beauties kissing.
"Hail, I already do, sister, wife."
Lucy's light pink skin turned beet red as she blushed. Her ears moved erratically as she clasped her hands before her, looking at her feet. Thompson coughed, holding his hand before his mouth.
"(erotic)."
Earl stared at Thompson, the word muffled but straightforward to understand. Ethan grinned as he took the two by the hand and headed to the cafeteria. He could see female officers dressed in academy clothing being harassed by nobles.
"Alas, Thompson, will your wives be alright? These noble youngsters, come on strong."
"They contend with criminals every day, a few horny students are not a problem."
Ethan saw Thompson's gaze roaming the area, a vein throbbing on his forehead. His gaze could peel paint from a wall. The cafeteria had been cleared for the meeting, and as the professors entered, officers let them out through a window at the side of the building.
They entered the cafeteria. Thompson guided Earl to the back, where the window in the store room had been opened. Ethan could hear a commotion outside, so he pulled Wendy and Lucy with him as he exited the cafeteria. Two students were arguing loudly down the corridor. Wendy walked towards the students, her ire raised by the ridiculous students. Lucy followed on her heels to keep the high elf in check.
"Hail, what the fuck are you arguing about? There is a meeting in the cafeteria with the dean."
The students turned to Wendy as she strode closer, her two short swords bouncing off her beautiful thighs.
"Sorry, mam, we were paid to make a commotion at this spot."
Ethan stopped and turned around.
KABOOM
The cafeteria disappeared in a torrent of flames as the force threw Ethan back. The shockwave from the blast flung Wendy and Lucy forward with the two students. He pushed himself up, and his ears rang. He could not hear anything. Lucy pushed herself up, disoriented. She looked at Ethan, pointing to her ears. He pointed at his ears, showing that he could also not hear.
Lucy helped the dazed Wendy up. Wendy's lips were moving. She kicked a bin near her, walking in a circle, her fists clenched, throwing a punch here and there at nothing. She alternated between the bins getting new dents and throwing punches at nothing. Ethan could guess what foul language came out of that sweet little elf. Students were running for the portal in a panic.
Thompson came running around the building, Bridget and Astrid on his heels. Barbara and three other officers had smuggled the Earl to his house at the back of the academy. With his hand in the air, Thompson gave a signal, and his officers moved towards the portal as the grounds emptied in record time. Ethan looked into the sky as the fire brigade descended with their vehicles. He held Wendy and Lucy as they entered the portal into the city, following Thompson and his officers.
The walk to the station felt longer than usual. Thompson skipped steps and bounded up the stairs. Astrid stood at the foot of the stairs, shaking her head. She pointed to Thompson, who was making a sour face. Lucy laughed, and Ethan wished he could hear her sweet voice. He seated himself near Thompson's door at one of the officer's desks.
Wendy and Lucy pulled chairs closer. He folded his arms. He knew it would take hours or days for their hearing to return. He had experienced hearing loss on many campaigns, especially those with ranged weapons like cannons.
Ethan turned his head towards the stairs as Thompson pencilled something on a paper. Maple, Grace, and Lara rushed into the detective's area. Their movements were frantic. As soon as they spotted him, they ran towards them, tears flowing down their cheeks with relief. Somehow, Maple reached him first and kisses peppered his face and lips. As Maple opened her herbalist bag, Lara and Grace fussed over Wendy and Lucy. Maple pulled out vials, popping the corks on them, giving each one to drink.
Ethan downed the liquid. It wasn't enjoyable, and he shivered from the taste. Wendy downed hers bravely, as always. She stuck her tongue out, rubbing it with her hand as if she were going to get rid of the bitter taste. Lucy hesitated, looking at the open vial with black liquid. She hesitated, smelling it first.
Her ears pulled back, repulsed by the odour. Lucy looked at Maple. She urged her on with hand signals. Lucy pinched her nose and swallowed the foul mixture. She pulled a face. Ethan stared in amusement at Lucy. She wanted to vomit, holding her hand before her mouth. Lara, Maple, and Grace laughed at the fox kin.
Maple brought forth hard fruit candy, handing one to each of them. Maple kissed Ethan, then handed out vials to officers affected by the blast. Thompson walked out of the office. Maple gave him a vial. Thompson downed the thing, holding his composure. He stood immobile. It would have been impressive but for the tears that ran down his cheeks. Thompson handed the paper to Wendy and then went back to his office. Wendy read it and then looked at Ethan.
