After the blood seeped into my hand, it still felt tingly and warm but I wasn't sure if that was just my imagination or not.

There was a light purple glow, and then there was a different sky within the gap between the trees. It had turned into a portal to a hidden dimension. Which made me wonder just how many hidden dimensions are there.
