"Come forth: Spear of Lugh. "
A surge of power can be felt in the immediate vicinity of Rein as the necklace he's wearing starts to transform.
In just a blink of an eye a spear appeared in front of Rein. It's appearance somewhat more refined than last night.
The spear now has golden ridges that flow through its entirety and its shaft is now made of a mix of platinum and black metals. The blade maintained the deep purple color but there is gold and black lines etched in its blade.
The entire spear exudes the feeling power and inevitability. Rein grasps the spear in his hand as he feels the power that the spear provides him.
Rein's aura had already been a bit oppressive due to the nature of his Vice but now that feeling is amplified by two times.
"That is an impressive amount of strength that the Armament gives you Rein. I think you might be nearing the power level of a 2nd Circle Vicer." Trevor remarks as he observes the weapon form of Rein's Armament.
"2nd Circle Vicer? What does that mean?" Confused Rein asks Trevor what a 2nd Circle Vicer is.
"Alright, return your Armament to it's passive form and I'll explain the basics to you." Trevor says as he sits down on the ground.
Rein wills his Armament to go back to its passive form after which he sits down in front of Trevor.
"To start, a Vicer is a human who have gained the power of a Sin. Sins are the monsters or creatures that you have encountered, there are many kinds of Sins but explain that later." Trevor explains.
"Vicers, in a metaphorical way, indulges on the Sins, it's power. A Vicer's strength is measured by Circles, there are 7 Circles and all Vicers start on the 1st Circle. The 1st Circle represent the assimilation of the Sin. The 2nd Circle represents the knowledge of the Sin."
"The 3rd Circle represents the understanding of the Sin. The 4th and 5th Circles represent the establishment of the bond of you and your Sin. The 6th Circle represents the truth of your Soul. The 7th represents the truth of your Sin."
"A 1st Circle Vicer is basically a stage in which you are forming your foundations to withstand the power the Sin will give you. While a 2nd Circle Vicer is someone who has learned of what the Sin is. A 2nd Circle Vicer is as strong as 10 1st Circle Vicers."
Trevor pauses as he observes Rein, waiting for Rein to organize his thoughts. Rein gave a small nod to Trevor after a minute to signal him to continue.
"Past the 7 Circles a Vicer reaches a stage called Embodiment. Its called Embodiment simply because the Vicer now Embodies the truth of both his Soul and Sin thus forming a new kind of Power. We call it the Path of Power as it is the most apt way of describing it. When reaching the Embodiment stage you essentially starts a new climb or journey to Power.
After the Embodiment stage is the Ascendancy stage, if a Vicer reaches this stage he essentially becomes a living force of nature. The Vicer's actions may cause adverse effects to the world. But that is not the end of the current known heights of Power.
The tenth stage is called Sovereignty, there is only one recorded instances of this happening and it dates back into the time where humans was first born into the world. We do not have a name for the person who had reached the power equivalent to that of a god, we simply call him the "Harbinger of Life"."
Once again Trevor keeps quiet as he let's Rein take a break. Continuing only when Rein asks him to.
"Now let us talk about the enemies of mankind but first we'll go over the categories of Sins. There are 7 categories of Sins and 3 kinds of Sins. Wrath, Lust, Sloth, Envy, Greed, Gluttony and Pride. All Sins have a correspondence to the 7 categories as that is the way they lure humans or gain power.
The three kinds of Sins are the Humanoid, Bestial and Empyrean. The Humanoid kind of Sins are the most intelligent of the Sins, they pose the greatest threat when colluding with other Sins or the Cryers. Bestial Sins are the most straightforward kind of Sins as these Sins are seekers of battle and carnage. Empyreans is the most complex and difficult to deal with of the three. Empyrean Sins are abstract and mostly deals with foreign concepts such as space, time, gravity and others. You either exhaust them by forcing them to use all their power or destabilize their core to force them to turn into a physical form."
"Your Sin is an Empyrean one, as from what you have told me the Sin seems to resemble a black hole." Trevor ends the lecture, signalling Rein to stand up along with him.
"I hope you remember all of that as the Academy tests even the recommended entrees." Trevor informs Rein as he pats his pants to remove the dust.
Rein just nods as he waits for what will happen next. He realizes that he will have to focus if he wants to catch up to the standards that the Academy has imposed.
"Alright then let's officially begin your training." Trevor says as he draws a sword formed of compressed space and gravity.

Howling winds and falling snow intertwines as a group of five walks through a field of frozen bodies.The group consists of two women and two men with the person leading them a masked individual whose identity is unknown.
"How far until we reach the target?" The masked individual asks one of the women who carries a huge box on her back.
"We will arrive in approximately 3 minutes and 27 seconds." The woman with the huge box replies as she adjusts the strap of the box.
The masked man nodded as he pulls out a hologram that shows a family of four. The masked man caresses the screen as if trying to reach for whoever those people in the hologram are. He hides the hologram soon after.
The group continues on travelling even when the blizzard keeps on getting stronger. It feels like the further they go inward the stronger it becomes.
And just like what the box woman they have arrived on the outskirts of an isolated village. They continue to walk towards it, the sentry on top the wall of the village seems to have seen them as he signalled someone.
As the group came up at the gates they stopped. The gate of the village slowly opens up as a group of masked individuals came out.
"What is the purpose of your visit?" The person leading the villagers asks.
"I am here to receive the 'blessing'." The masked man states.
Murmurs can be heard from the villagers as they size up the newcomers. They seem to be debating on what they should do, after about 5 minutes of banter the head villager tells the masked man to follow them in.
'It's not long now, we will have our revenge soon.' The masked individual thinks.
'Soon.' A voice repeats.
