The taste of the food was really good as Liora continued to eat her food, in a delicate manner expected from those of nobility. Mark stared at her a bit dumbfounded, earlier she revealed that she was hungry and mark had to go and order food from the guild's built-in resturant.
"Is the food good?" Mark asked, his expression showing a bit of concern.
Liora wiped her mouth with her handkerchief before replying, "Yes, it's quite good. You must've payed alot for this, right?" Liora asked, raising a brow as she set down her utensils.
Mark sighed, "Yeah, I used up a whole gold coin. Since you were of nobility, i didn't want to offend you by getting you lowly food." Mark said.
Liora smirked as she saw that her influence of nobility still had a hold on some people. As Liora leaned into her chair and breathed out in satisfaction of her meal, the receptionist from earlier walked up to her them and handed Liora her guild card.
"Here you go." The receptionist said as she walked back to the reception desk to attend to the other adventurers. Liora examined the card for bit, it was made of a light bronze colour had the symbol of the Bolorius guild on it, along with her other details.

Liora smiled as she saw the details of her card, despite being at the lowest rank, she knew that she would climb them very soon. Liora put her guild card into her pocket and rose from the table.
"Hey Mark, let's go grab a quest." Liora said.
"I'm going to the one choosing the quest, as I'm your teacher." Mark replied as he began walking toward the quest billboard, with Liora following closely behind.
Once they had reached the quest billboard, many adventurers were already present and were choosing their quests for the day. Mark's eyes scanned the billboard, there weren't many F-Rank quests left because most of them were taken.
"Ah, this one will be perfect for you, since you're just a beginner." Mark said as he pulled a paper off the billboard, it's contents read:
[Kick Rabbits]
[Rank: F]
[Objective: Find and kill 10 Kick Rabbits.]
[Location: Green Plains]
[Rewards: 40 Copper Coins.]
'Just why did it have to rabbits..' Liora thought as she read the contents of the quest paper, looking over Mark's shoulder with an unreadable expression.
"Alright then. Let's take it." Liora said and Mark smiled as he led them to the receptionist and finalized the quest.
After that was done, Mark and Liora exited the Bolorius guild building and started to walk towards the quest location. It wasn't very far from the Royal Capital, it was just further than Liora's slime traning ground, and would take them about 4 hours to reach.
'This is going to take a while...' Liora thought with a bored expression as they weren't going to anything, but walk for the next 4 hours.
....
After what felt like eternity, Mark and Liora had arrived at the location, known as "Green Plains". The place was a huge plain field, filled with green grass that seemed to stretch on endlessly.
On the field, were alot of Kick Rabbits that were minding their own business and hopping around. Some were going into the holes they dug as it was a home that they had built.
"Alright, now then." Mark started as he clasped his hands together and looked forward, seeing the vast numbers of Kick Rabbits. "Time to begin your training. Liora, I want you to tame one of those Kick Rabbits, as Beast Tamers we aren't as strong as other magic users, we mostly use our beasts to fight for us." Mark explained before continuing.
"When taming a beast, you must approach it cautiously, as things can go wrong and you must be prepared for it. Channel your magic to the base of your hand and apply a gentle pressure to calm and soothe the beast, too much will make the beast think you are hostile."
Liora already knew this and didn't need Mark's explanation, she walked forward and carefully approached a Kick Rabbit that was secluded from the others. Upon hearing the footsteps of Liora, the Kick Rabbit turned it's attention to her and took a few steps back, grumbling under its breath.
"Shh, it's okay. Come here." Liora said in a soothing voice as she bent down a little and slowly approached it, using her [Tame] Skill and creating a soft green, pulsing light that soothed the creature instantly.
'Woah...she's really good at this. The duke was right, Liora's abilities aren't normal.' Mark thought to himself.

"No," Liora replied, because again, this beast was very weak and had no use to her.
"Liora," Mark started with a voice full of awe, "You did it, that was amazing." Mark commented as he approached her.
Liora stood up with the Kick Rabbit still in her arms, her hand still gently petting the beast. "Thanks, i guess." Liora said, looking at the Kick Rabbits in the distance.
"I've done this before, so I'm very good at it." Liora said.
"I can see that." Mark said with a satisfied nod to himself, "We'll end today's lesson here. We have to kill 10 Kick Rabbits, including yours, as we're basically going to be killing its family and friends."
Liora sadly nodded, looking at the Kick Rabbit in her hands with a sad expression. "I understand." Liora replied as she set the Kick Rabbit on the ground, before drawing her sword and killing it with one strike of her sword.

Liora stared at the bloody corpse of the Kick rabbit, tears flowing from her eyes as she walked forced herself to walk past it and continue killing the rest of the Kick Rabbits.
