Chapter 80 - Two differences

"Above 100 meters in length?!"

"Yes."

After they had gotten all the wealth of the Franky Family, Masa and his group quickly visited the largest shipbuilding company on this island, The Galley-La Company.

While there might be many shipbuilding companies on this island, which was probably cheaper, Masa didn't have an interest in the no-name characters, and he knew that those companies were as good as worthless.

More importantly, the boss of the Galley-La Company was Iceburg, who was the mayor of the Water 7 and also the disciple of Tom, the shipwright who had built the ship of Gol D. Roger.

Besides Franky, Iceburg was the only person that Masa could think of to make a ship for them.

"Can you?"

"Ah, sure!"

Iceburg was startled, but he nodded since this was a big order!

Luffy's ship, the Going Merry's length, was about 10 meters or so, and Thousand Sunny's length was about 50 meters or so, but Masa wished to get double that.

"The money isn't a problem, and I also have Adam Wood with me."

"Adam wood..." Iceburg became even more dumbfounded, but—

"But I want to see the design first."

"Yes." Somehow, this was like a challenge for Iceburg, so he was a bit excited since there was no limit on the budget, and Masa even prepared a rare wood, which made it even more interesting.

More importantly, Masa wasn't a pirate, just a wealthy young man who just wanted to make a ship, which made Iceburg ready to go all out!

If only Iceburg knew that Masa had beaten Franky, then there was no doubt this guy wouldn't act this way.

"How much is the design fee? I will give you the money right away."

"No, you don't have to." Iceburg refused Masa's offer and said, "The design fee is free, and when you are satisfied, you can pay the down payment later."

"Okay."

"But can you tell me your request?"

"It has to be high-tech and unique."

"High-tech? Unique?"

This time, Carina, Perona, and Brook didn't say anything, and they just listened to the two since their words weren't something that they could understand.

"Kalifa, bring me papers for a design and a note."

Iceburg was ready to write down all of Masa's requirements, but his secretary didn't seem to answer him. "Kalifa?"

"Ah, yes!"

Kalifa was woken up after she had been staring at Masa in a daze.

Masa also stared at Kalifa and looked at her curiously, but then, his shoulders were nudged by Carina and Perona, who noticed he was staring at Iceburg's secretary, which made him awkward.

Yet, he couldn't help it, okay?

Kalifa.

Somehow, this name was quite memorable, he thought, but then again, this Kalifa was different, especially when she was so tall and had long strawberry-blonde hair and such a large bust. More importantly, her appearance was cool and beautiful, especially those long legs that appeared smooth and slender.

Perona's legs were good, but Kalifa's were on a different level!

Lastly, Kalifa wore glasses, which gave him a strange feeling.

Similarly, Kalifa also couldn't help but stare at Masa since he was so handsome. She might be a spy and disguising herself as Iceburg's secretary, but even so, it wasn't like she didn't have an interest in a relationship, okay?

Still, she knew that she needed to do her job.

"Ah, yes, please wait for a moment, Iceburg-san."

Nevertheless, she felt a bit embarrassed to let her emotions interrupt her job.

"...."

Iceburg was speechless and then looked at Masa, who sat down in between two beautiful women.

"...."

Well, he couldn't say much about this, but—

"Don't seduce my secretary, okay?"

"...did you see me do anything?"

"No, you are not."

However, Iceburg had to say he was a bit jealous!

Was being a handsome guy make him able to seduce any woman as he wished to be?!

"I understand your feeling." Brook nodded as if he could understand Iceburg's thought.

"....."

Iceburg blinked his eyes and asked, "...is he a skeleton? Wait? Is he a skeleton? Ghost?!" He was dumbfounded since he had been ignoring Brook, but when he saw him for the first time, he couldn't help but feel startled and stood from his seat.

"Hyohohoho! That's right~! I am nothing but dead bones~!" Brook laughed happily, then looked at Kalifa, who had returned, bowing his head politely, and said, "By the way, young lady, can you let me see your panties~?"

"..." Everyone.

"...that's sexual harassment." Kalifa took a deep breath and looked at Masa. "I am sorry, but can I kick him?"

"Go ahead. He might be happy, though."

"Then, I won't." Kalifa looked at Brook in disgust like trash, then ignored him.

"....." Brook.

Still ignoring Brook, Masa looked at Kalifa's back, thinking that being a spy was a hard job, he thought. Nevertheless, he had to say that Water 7 had a lot of good things that he could gain.

Or rather, in all the places that Luffy and his group visited, there were many good things!

Nevertheless, in Water 7, his plan didn't change, and even if Kalifa was his type, this and that was a different matter, and to be honest, facing a group of agents that would do anything to do their missions for the World Government, Masa had no guilt or whatever, so—

'Let's do it after this.'

Still, before that, he was going to see whether Iceburg could really make the ship that he dreamed of.

If not, then he might as well make his own ship.

Yet, while Masa was busy making his own ship, the world hadn't calmed down after the death of Kizaru.

The death of Kizaru had a much greater impact on the world than anyone could have imagined.

"Old man..."

On a certain island, a large man with a strange costume and a large axe on his back had been crying for many days, and similarly, a scientist-like figure with an apple-like head had also been in a bad mood for many days, yet even so, he still did his job, showing how obsessed he was with his research.

Yet, for their reaction was nothing compared to the Marines, who had lost a figure of admiral.

Not only was Kizaru killed, but they also failed to search for the figure who had killed their admiral.

No information or whatever was known, and all of them were completely clueless about who this person was, which made this powerful organization anxious, as if they were being targeted by something invisible.

"As I have said before, let's destroy this island!"

"Then, killing all of those innocents?"

"How do you know that they are not the criminals?! It is better to kill all of those people, including this island, so all of the people can understand what the price is for hunting us! Don't be naive, Kuzan!"

"Isn't this what we're doing now?! We have been hunting all of those pirates, criminals, and everything! We have shown the world that no one can escape from us!"

"BUT THAT'S NOT ENOUGH!"

"EVEN SO, YOUR METHOD IS TOO MUCH, AKAINU!"

Even if Kuzan followed a lazy justice after all of that, he still couldn't bear to see all the innocents in the Saobody Archipelago become a sacrifice for Kizaru.

Yes, Kizaru had died, and he was also sad, but even so, instead of going after the small fry, there were many better methods to show what it meant to provoke the Marines. He might not be able to stop the tragedy in Ohara, but this time, he would stop it!

Still, as Akainu and Kuzan fought each other, no one stopped them since everyone had their own thoughts.

Nevertheless, Garp, the legendary Marine hero, was the same as ever, picking up his nose, showing that he didn't care even if the admiral was killed or not since, in his eyes, they were just the dog of the World Government.

In his eyes, the ones he cared about were just his grandsons, who were pirates, and his pink-haired protegee, who was so selfish, forcing his view on others even if many sacrifices had been made, causing those who had sacrificed themselves for the war to appear meaningless instead of being seen as a hero, who fought for justice.

"By the way, where is Sengoku?"

"Do you need to ask that question?"

"Ah, as expected, being a Fleet Admiral is troublesome," Garp said with a bored expression.

"You act like your position, Garp! You are a Marine! You should know what it means to lose Kizaru to all of us!"

"I know! I know! Stop nagging to me, Tsuru!"

Everyone had their own opinions, and no one backed them down. Even so, Sengoku knew that he had to face the real leader of this world, the Five Elders.
