Granting Magical Powers: You can grant magical powers to others, creating various types such as magical girls or D&D-like classes. You control the abilities, skills, specific powers, and drawbacks of each type. The stronger the type, the more energy and time required to create it. While creating a typical fighter class is easy, creating a near-omnipotent class is nearly impossible and resource-intensive. You can automate the creation process by setting a general theme, with suitable types generated based on the world and theme. Time and energy are still required even with automation.
Dungeon Creation: You can create dungeons to your specifications, including layout, rewards, traps, and contents, or leave it randomized. Randomized dungeons will be appropriate for the world's magic level and strength. A normal world would have basic dungeons with mostly mundane creatures and slightly magical items.
Introducing and Strengthening Magic: You can introduce magic to non-magical worlds or strengthen existing magic with a massive jolt of raw power. This transformation will quickly turn the world into a magical one, with legendary beasts and possibly gods emerging. Mortals will gain magic, with some more likely to acquire powers you set up. In worlds with existing magic, it will become stronger, enriched, and of higher quality. This can also revitalize worlds where magic has diminished.
