The rising sun woke Camelia up the next morning. She tried to get up, but her body protested her every move.
Walking was a nightmare, and pain shot up Camelia's body when she tried to make it up to the bathroom. Her legs gave up, and she pulled the covers as she went down.
Her actions also woke Zayne up; he looked half-asleep when he looked at Camelia and her tired self.
"What are you doing on the floor? Are you alright? Do you need help?"
Zayne asked as he pushed himself off from where he lay on the bed and stood up.
Unlike Camelia, he seemed to have no problem standing up his feet and walking toward her before picking her up and helping her out.
"You brute! You animal! Why do you think I am in this condition right now? Surely it is not because this is my fault?"
Camelia asked as she hit the owner of the back, who was helping her out.
