Camelia breathed a sigh of relief as the doctor finally stopped probing her all over the place.
The doctor looked extra nervous because Zayne glared at her, directly impacting her performance.
Camelia had been pricked by the needle ten times before the doctor finally put the thing down and turned toward Zayne with a hopeful expression.
"Excuse me, but can you stop looking at me, please? I know you want to, but you are making me nervous by doing that."
The doctor asked with a hopeful look, but Zayne's expression told her 'no.'
Camelia did not want to be in any more pain than she already was, so she decided to be the one to interfere here.
"Zayne, leave here and let the doctor do her job peacefully. Your presence here is disrupting the doctor's work."
Camelia pointed out, and Zayne turned his eyes toward her.
The pressure of his eyes was enough to make anyone freeze up and look uncomfortable. But Camelia was different.
