Chapter 113 - Regret  

"Did he really wish for death?" sighed the behemoth as he walked toward the door of my cage. However, instead of leaving, he simply crossed his arms and leaned back against the bars.

 

"What he did or did not wish for is of no concern of yours," I sighed, coming to my feet. My feet were barely touching the ground when I was sitting on my cot, and knowing that I was back to normal made me so frigging happy.

 

Spinning around, I giggled out loud as my skirt did the whole tutu thing. Calling Teddy out of the tattoo, I clutched him tightly to my chest.

 

Taking in what felt like the first breath of air since I arrived at the Dragon's Lair, I rested my cheek on top of Teddy's head and stared at the guard in front of me. "Wishes are private, you wouldn't want me telling anyone what you wished for, now would you?"

 

The reaver studied me for a moment, his eyes trailing up and down my body as he took me in. "This is…"
