John was very smart. He had to mend ways with his spouse to bring back peace again. But as a way of reconciliation, he asked his spouse for a vacation to the coastal region. Soraya could not think twice. She quickly accepted the vacation proposal, which they jointly agreed to do during the December holiday, which was only a month since. John was convinced that by the time they would be coming back from the vacation, the wife could have forgotten what had happened earlier.
Meanwhile, Sasha had been looking for John for a long time. It was three months since they parted ways in a way that could not have been expected. In fact, Sasha was the one who moved on and left John heartbroken. But now she was seriously looking for him. The reason behind her search for him remained unknown. Although she was convinced that they would reconcile and stay together again, John had moved on already. He was a family man and any relationship with her could be regarded as extra marital. But could John accept and consider her again? That remained the hardest question ever.
For sure, John had been betrayed. Imagine your girlfriend turning down your marriage proposal. As if that is not enough, she goes to her father to rob him of all the money he had. That is exactly what Sasha did. She left the boyfriend when he was unconscious, running away to an undisclosed place. Now she is coming back. She had found a philanthropist who had promised to direct her to the place he had vacated.
It was on a Saturday afternoon, when the door was knocked. John was inside the house alone, resting after having just finished his lunch. Soraya, his wife, had gone to the market to purchase some foodstuffs. He slowly walked to the main door and opened it. In his mind, he was expecting to find his longtime friend who had promised to pay him a visit that particular day. But to his surprise, he found Sasha. What! He was really shocked and wondered how she found herself in that particular place. At first, John could not let her enter the house, citing security reasons.
From her appearance, Sasha seemed to be pregnant. Any person could tell her condition by just looking at her. John suspected that he might be the one responsible for the pregnancy. That is why she was looking for him. But that was the truth from just the look of things.
Sasha claimed that she was pregnant by the time she left. So, she wanted John to take responsibility as a man. John was a man of few words. He knew very well that argument would turn everything dramatic and that could expose him. He accepted to take care of her by sending her upkeep money on a monthly basis. But that did not sound good to her. She wanted to be welcomed in and stay there with him. But that was impossible as she was already married. His wife was very harsh and could not entertain such a nonsensical act.
"Sasha, I am a married man and cannot allow you to ruin my relationship with my wife. Your position is long gone. Just accept and go back to your parents and, as I promised you, all the upkeep money will be sent to you on the first day of every month," John told her. Sasha realized that she was losing out on this. She resisted, claiming that she would not go anywhere and that she was there to stay.
John had to give her a condition. She was to choose either to agree to have the upkeep money sent or forget about it all. They reasoned out and agreed to rent a room in the neighborhood. Sasha had to keep a deep secret so that Soraya could not realize anything. John knew that Soraya would arrive anytime soon. He gave Sasha money to go and rent the house. As she left, John sighed in relief.
As Sasha was leaving, they met with Soraya on the balcony before she could walk down the stairs. Soraya became so suspicious. She thought that the lady must be coming from her house. But the lady seemed to be pregnant. That made her suspicion go away. She ignored him and went to her house.
Soraya entered the house and found her husband sitting on the coach. She looked directly into his eyes, trying to read his mind. She knew very well that the husband looked suspicious. But having no evidence to accuse him, she kept quiet and moved on with other commitments.
The couple engaged in a health conversation. Now Soraya had regained her happy mood and was willing to have a conversation with her husband. John had to act romantic that particular evening. He asked the wife to relax as he prepared her supper. Soraya just sat there as she watched her husband prepare the evening meal. John spent quite a lot of time in the kitchen trying to make a wonderful meal. The wife could joke once in a while and they could laugh. For sure, it was a happy family again. John wished happiness could last longer, but the truth remained that it would no longer change. John was the one who would be the cause of sadness to say.
