Sarah's world crumbled around her, her heart shaking in horror. "No...no...that's a lie!" she stammered, her eyes wide with disbelief.
Xavier's expression twisted, a mix of pain and anger. "You don't remember, do you? You were just a child, weren't you?"
Sarah's legs buckled, her body trembling. She felt like she was drowning in a sea of confusion and sadness.
"My father...would never..." she whispered, tears streaming down her face.
Xavier's voice dripped with venom. "Your father, Sam Alessandro Rossi, was a ruthless killer. He worked for the organization, and his final task was to eliminate my family. He was a traitor and a liar"
Sarah's mind refused to accept the truth. Her father, the man who had read her bedtime stories, who had taught her how to ride a bike...a murderer?
She stumbled backwards, her hands covering her mouth. "No...this can't be..."
