As they approach the Principal's office, their path is obstructed by Maria and her group of six, Group 12. Maria, flanked by Stella, Ami, and three other guys, steps forward with a smirk.
"Look at the lowest and most insignificant group," Maria sneers.
Laura's calm demeanor contrasts with Maria's hostility. "What makes you think that?"
Maria's smile widens. "You're Zero! And what does zero mean? Nothing!"
Frida intervenes, her tone playful and mocking. "Hey, unicorn princess, you and your guards are blocking the road."
Maria's face twists in fury as she spins towards Frida. "SHUT UP, NORMIE!" she shouts.
Frida's grin grows, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "But this NORMIE has beaten you three times now."
Frida responds to Maria's hostility by sticking out her tongue, but before tensions escalate, Gurda snaps her fingers. A vibrant red portal materializes beneath Group 12, swallowing them whole. The portal vanishes as suddenly as it appeared.
Laura turns to Gurda, intrigued. "Where did you send them?"
Gurda's enigmatic smile is her only response.
The group proceeds to the Principal's office, finding him in a deep sleep, slumped forward in his chair. The scene eerily mirrors Laura's first encounter with him upon arriving at the school.
Aurelio whispers, "Is he always like this?"
Jason observes, "It's as if he's waiting for something... or someone."
Frida's gaze lingers on the Principal's peaceful face. "Maybe he's hiding more than we think."
Frida pulls out a red marker from her pocket, a mischievous glint in her eye. She is about to doodle on the Principal's peaceful face.
Suddenly the Principal's hand shoots out, slapping the marker from her hand. His eyes remain closed, his expression serene.
Frida's eyes widen in shock. "What the fu*k?!" she exclaims, startled.
The group stares, amazed by the Principal's sudden movement.
Laura says, "I was expecting that"
Gurda's voice is low and thoughtful. "Maybe he's not as asleep as he seems."
Jason's eyes narrow. "Didn't know infected vampires were that vigilant."
Aurelio leans in, intrigued. "What's going on, Principal?"
The Principal's calm face doesn't change, but his voice rumbles, "I'll deal with you later, Frida."
The Principal calmly opens his eyes, his gaze meeting Frida's.
"What up, Principal?" Frida says with a smile.
The Principal smiles back. "Confident as always, Frida."
He turns to the others. "Regarding your group number... You are a special group. As you know, students will receive missions to learn survival skills as heroes. However, your group will tackle extremely dangerous missions and address the current issue plaguing H.T.S."
Laura's curiosity is piqued. "What problems?"
The Principal's voice drops to a low tone. "The missing students and staff within H.T.S."
Dominic spoke up, "Where did you notice the disappearances?" he asked the principal.
The principal removed his glasses before responding, "Everywhere. Citizens of H.T.S. continuously report missing relatives and friends, but the primary location where the missing individuals were last seen was the forest."
Dominic furrowed his brow. "I know H.T.S. forest well, and I haven't seen any unnatural activity."
Laura turned, "Maybe that's because whoever's responsible knows how to cover their tracks."
Frida smiled maniacally "Oh, a fellow master kidnapper".
