Blaze watched as the final boss levitated few inches off the ground but that, wasn't the least shocking.
The boss made several copies of himself and hid amongst them.
"Well…,I was expecting at least a massive explosion which would depicts your status as the big boss. This is absolutely childish of you" Blaze said as he scanned the troop of bosses to see if he could spot any abnormality but, nope…everything was flawless and the same.
From the Boss' short white hair with few strands in same spot, resting on the right side of his face, stopping right about his right eye to his pupiless eyes glowing icy blue lights,his oddly…well sculpted jaw to his middle aged yet undeniably handsome face which had a straight blue mark the length from his chin to his cheek, adding a touch of ruthlessness to his overall look.
Although he looked old, he had the energy of a child who'd just finished eating countless candy on an early afternoon, he was too fast to keep up with.
To be exact,all his copies were indistinguishable.
Blaze sprung into action along with the other two players.
Blasting large balls of multiple energy one after the other was one of the special skill of the player with a huge blast gun and his ultimate skills was used earlier so he couldn't quite use it yet.
His attacks were precise and critical.
Every copies of the boss it hits,turns into puffs of dark smokes and disappears.
Blaze couldn't deny the fact that he loved the blast gun.
But,that wasn't the main focus as of now.
Suddenly,the bosses started to teleport to the back of the players,striking them with waves of electricity which sends them flying forward and reducing a bit of their HP.
The battle just got tougher and tougher.
Fighting the bosses before, when they weren't teleporting was a hard task and now that they were teleporting,it was even more harder.
Blaze suddenly has an idea.
He grabbed his playing equipment and started clicking on random buttons but, nothing worked,nor did his character move.
"O…kayy" Blaze said, somewhat Slowly as though he'd just realized something.
He then started to think of several attack moves and defense which were top notch.
He thought about combining both his attack and defense into a new and improved fighting skill and he was surprised when it actually happened just as he'd imagine.
He imagined surrounding himself with a force shield fueled by his electric ability and the end result was a plasma shield blast.
Anything and anyone who was within 5 meters was turned to dust, Luckily,non of the surviving players were anywhere near his attack.
He held the plasma shield blast for 10 seconds before it loose effects and during this time,his MP (mana point) was drained. But it was worth it because only less than ten of those bosses were left and he was sure the original boss was still alive but he couldn't distinguish because all of them were the same without any difference.
Blaze then thought about using that special skill of his but,it was currently cooling down with about 10 minutes left.
Just then,a crazy idea that could potentially kill everyone including himself, pops into his creepy mind.
HMSM (hata me support me) wasn't an option anymore because he was finally at the top 1 on the Leaderboard. So, he thought about combining his abilities to see the outcome of it without considering what setbacks there could be.
Suddenly,he thought about making multiple small balls that couldn't be seen by anyone besides himself and make it an attack skill.
He combined his electricity ability into the air which condenses and a tiny ball made of sparks and air, the size of a baby rhinoceros beetle.
He was impressed because he could see it just fine and he launched all of the balls at the bosses and upon contact, they were stunned.
This was his most handy attack skill and most of all,it didn't cost him anything.
His MP was intact and his HP was also intact and both were full.
But the downside was that it also stunned the players which he didn't mind.
He made use of his chance to attack the remaining bosses while counting in order to know how long it would last.
He took out four fake bosses and aiming for the fifth, everyone was relieved off his sneaky attack.
By then, he'd counted 15 seconds.
His weird stun skills lasted 15 seconds, he wasn't too happy about that. He was greedy and expecting it to last at least 30 seconds but it only lasted half his estimated time.
Suddenly, the player with a machine gun took out the fifth boss he was supposed to eliminate…
He was too busy thinking about how he didn't like the lasting period of his stun skill that he forgot he was facing a boss.
There were only three bosses left now and it was still as hard to tell them apart as the first time.
Suddenly, one of the three bosses flew several feet off the ground with red malicious light caging him,followed by a black smoke which flew in from who knows where, swirling around him leaving sparks that's powerful enough to drill the group, flying everywhere.
The straying sparks hits one of the bosses and it swelled it it blew up into pieces which eventually turned into puffs of smokes and then disappeared.
"There you are you sneaky little old hag" Blaze said with a grin as he ripped the head of the last boss while staring at the boss above surrounded with dark crepuscular energy and smokes.
A little while later, the energy surrounding the boss suddenly started to get bigger and bigger, drawing every and anything in like a magnet.
The players were unable to stand their ground as they were being pulled by the boss above.
The player with the blast gun too a bold move and instead of resisting the pull,get into it while his weapon was beaming with a slowly growing in size, energy ball which he fired just in time before he reached the boss.
With a big bang and boom, everything went dark and silent after a while,the smoke died down and when the boss emerged,he was completely different.
Before them stood a towering, ominous, massive, and frightening being with , glowing red eyes, multiple horns with red tips on the middle to back of either sides of its veiny neck which was surrounded by a very sharp collar which seemed to be connected to its body.
Sharp nose with a very intricate and weird thing on its forehead, Sharp teeth that could easily bite anything without efforts, well defined jawline that overly sharp with curvy chin.
Its body was sturdy and well built with red liquid coursing through his entire body.
It had a very emphasized spot on his chest thatade it looked as though he had extra eyes nose and mouth which seems to be made from its tough abs. And these spots where made visible by the red energy pulsing through his body.
Two small round dots were on either sides of his forearm and waist.
It flew up and upon landing back down, his force was so powerful that the entire place was blown up.
The barrier was removed and reset in a much further place away from them, giving them a much open space to battle.
The skies darkened even more with blood-red clouds swirling above and casting an eerie glow on the landscape below.
The volcanoes exudes thick smokes and the area which was blown up by the boss was now left in a ruined state with destruction debris littered around.
And the spot where he landed was damaged with a very deep and wide hole.
This was the awakening of the final boss and a signed death note to the players.
