Ryan's eyes saw the road and his hopes got back up to the fullest, they had been walking forever in the dark forest, so seeing the road means they were getting somewhere. "Look!" he whispered "A road!"
Aria and Samuel followed his gaze and their eyes adjusted to see ahead. They had been walking for so long, and the darkness had adjusted to their eyes, they had even given up on hope, it was Ryan they kept them going but the sight of the road gave them new energy and they quickened their pace as they made their way towards the road.
