He begins to walk towards Mai's voice as her figure starts to appear more and more.
Hug!! Immediately running up and hugging him, tears began to go down her cheeks.
"Everything is okay." Haru assures her while hugging her back.
Worrying her seems to be something I got quite good at over the time since we started traveling together. Building such a bond is rare for me after Aliza a long time ago but I'm not too upset about it.
"You scared me. I really thought you were going to die." Mai responds while hugging him tighter.
"I did too. It all worked out though. We should keep going, not that I have any idea on where to head from here." Haru speaks with a bit of a confused tone in his voice.
Surviving that battle taught me a lot so I'm going to make the most of everything going forward. I'll become stronger, I will surpass the limits that we heroes have.
