The person disappeared into the shadows after saying that but it didn't really matter since it meant that a fight wasn't going to happen. Haru and Mai now have the knowledge of what happened and decided to leave the kingdom to figure out the next best approach.
Ignoring the problem was the way to go about it since they needed to find the other kings before someone else got to them.
"I do wonder what group did this since we don't have anything but a symbol." Mai says while walking alongside Haru.
"We'll hear about it again I'm sure." Haru responds while taking a look up at the sky.
A couldn't sense anything from that guy back in the keep so I wonder what kind of power they possess. Fighting someone who's power I can't even sense would be a big risk to take.
We always take risks with the people we fight though so I guess it's irrelevant.
