That thought stayed with him for awhile but he followed Cynthia to a place with a label "Hotel" on its sign. Haru didn't think much of it since this place was full of surprises. It was no different than an inn to him so he just followed her for the time being.
He let Cynthia take care of getting the room and then followed her up a set of stairs until they finally reached the room. Upon opening the door it was quite nice inside with plenty of room for them to talk or rest if needed.
She closes the door behind him as she starts to speak. "I just wanted a private place to talk where no one could really listen in." Cynthia says with a bit of relief in her voice.
Relieved to be out of the public eye? I don't blame her since people can be quite nosy, especially in a city like this. Everyone here had to die in their previous lives so they don't have anything better to do if they made it to this place.
