Things move quickly, and it isn't long before we're settled into a classroom with thirteen others. The numbers for room-sharing have jumped a bit; we've added quite a few people to our numbers over the past few days. At least two hundred more.
Marian's oddly quiet through all of this, making no strange demands or remarks, completely lost in her own head. Even Marissa's worried about her. And Randall? His bout of energy seems to have already disappeared. He's been asleep all day, only waking to use the bathroom, eat the meals I bring him, and finally for this move.
And that's life for the next two days.

I've started looking for Tom every morning, seeing if there's anything I can help with. The cold's settled in earnest, and everyone walks around in heavy coats now. Every day, less people are brought to the high school. Fewer people found alive, I guess.
