As they finished their afternoon coffee, Sean glanced at his watch and said "I'm so sorry, but I have to run. I have a meeting at work that I completely forgot about."
Bella nodded understandingly. "No worries. It was great catching up with you Sean." She said a blush creeping up her cheeks despite herself.
Sean felt a tug in his heart as Bella blushed, and maybe he didn't lose her after all. He smiled and pulled out his phone. "Let's not lose touch again. Can I get your number?"
Bella hesitated for a moment wondering if it was a good idea but then she just nodded and exchanged numbers with Sean.
"Promise me we'll catch up soon," Sean said his eyes locking onto hers.
"Of course, I promise," Bella replied feeling a flutter in her chest.
With that Sean leaned in and gave Bella a quick hug and waving goodbye at Olivia before turning and hurrying out of the café.
