Ethan stood alone at the beach with a far away expression on his face, the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. He had been driving for hours, trying to escape the emotions that were swirling inside him, trying to escape his reality. But he couldn't shake the feeling of emptiness and abandonment. He felt lost, for the first time in his life he did not know what to do. He has always stand firm on his toes, able to stand any situation but this ....he didn't expect it.
Meanwhile, back at home, Bella was frantically trying to reach Ethan. She had been calling and texting him for hours, but he wasn't responding. She was worried sick about him, knowing that he was struggling to come to terms with his mother's return. Ethan had such a strong reaction to it and it made her wonder, curious to know what we t wrong between them but for now she was worried about her husband.
