Next morning when Grace finally stepped out of her condo at 7:30 in the morning, she was relieved to see no sign of Davian in the hallway or anywhere in the entire building or even outside it.
She finally let out a sigh of relief and headed toward her car. She spent the entire night tossing and turning because of that man and his unusual behavior. She was unable to fall asleep for most of the night.
At first, she was worried that she would see him again the moment she would step outside her condo, but thankfully that wasn't the case. Considering his identity, it was understandable that he didn't have so much free time to chase after her.
Climbing into the car, she first dropped a message to her landlord before heading toward her destination. After thinking about the matter the previous night, she decided to wrap up her work in the capital city and head to meet Aleena.
