Chapter 41 - Kirishima x Kaminari

As Kirishima stared at his phone, a teasing grin broke out across his face. His thumb hovered over the screen as he reread Y/N's text, an unmistakable combination of smirk and amusement lighting up his eyes. Looks like you lost the challenge, big guy! Better luck next time!

Across the room, Kaminari glanced over, eyebrows raising in curiosity. The way Kirishima's face lit up could only mean one thing—Bakugo had definitely caved in the infamous No Nut November (NNN) challenge they had all decided to undertake. "What did Y/N say? Did she finally call him out?" Denki's voice was a mix of mischief and anticipation.

"Yup," Kirishima chuckled, shaking his head. "Katsuki officially lost. Can't believe he couldn't hold out." The two of them shared a laugh, knowing very well how Bakugo typically lashed out at any sign of defeat.

It had been a wild few days cooped up with their little group: Bakugo, Kirishima, Mina, Sero, and now, Kaminari. They had all teamed up for this challenge, but when Denki suggested they unwind with a movie night—and of course, that movie was Fifty Shades of Grey—everything spiraled.

"Why did we think that was a good idea?" Kirishima recalled, shaking his head. Just thinking about the absurdity of that night made him chuckle. The five of them had gathered on a couch, popcorn scattered across the floor like remnants of an old battle as they watched the scandalous scenes unfold.

At first, it was all laughter and disbelief. But as the plot thickened, so did the tension among them. Kirishima and Kaminari exchanged glances over the popcorn bowl, both feeling an embarrassing heat creeping onto their cheeks. By the end of the movie, it had been impossible to ignore the chemistry in the air—or the way their bodies reacted to the raunchy scenes.

That was two days ago. Now, they found themselves back at the Hero Agency, buried beneath a pile of monotonous paperwork after a long and exhausting day fighting off another villain. Denki was feeling particularly frisky today, and with a devilish smirk, he leaned over to Kirishima, his voice low. "Hey, babe, remember that movie we watched? I think we should reenact some scenes for fun…"

Kirishima's cheeks flushed the same bright red as his hair. "Denki! No! Not here!" But the mischief sparked in Kaminari's eyes only encouraged him.

"Oh come on! You know you loved it," Denki teased, inching closer, his playful nature knowing no bounds as he waggled his eyebrows. With each moment, Kirishima could feel himself getting hotter, the atmosphere inching dangerously close to the edge of their boundaries.

"Stop it! You're gonna make me—" Kirishima knew it was too late. It was only a matter of time before they both lost focus entirely. His heart raced as he desperately tried to suppress the feelings bubbling to the surface.

"Make you what?" Kaminari leaned in closer, a playful gleam in his eye. The reality of the challenge slipped away like grains of sand. The dual occupancy of guilt and undeniable desire washed over them.

Kirishima forced himself to look at the papers in front of him, hoping to suppress his emotions. "We're supposed to be doing paperwork, Denki! Focus!" But it was hard to focus when all he could think about was the way Denki's breath tickled his ear and the warmth radiating between them.

"Okay, okay," Denki said, mock-serious. "But if we lose the challenge, I'll take responsibility." He winked, the atmosphere thickening with playful tension. Kirishima chuckled, still trying to walk the tightrope of their promise.

In an abrupt moment of passion, Kirishima leaned in, capturing Kaminary's lips for a quick but heated kiss. They broke apart, both breathless and grinning like fools—only to freeze as they heard footsteps echoing down the hall.

"Shh! Someone's coming!" Kirishima whispered urgently, but it was too late—the deed was done. Both of them shared a knowing look laced with mischief. They both felt that familiar rush; the desire that had only intensified since their movie night came flooding in again.

"Looks like we're going to lose this challenge," Kirishima huffed, unable to hide his smirk.

"Guess we're not going to be showcasing any of our self-control anytime soon," Kaminari replied, a playful glint in his eyes that told Kirishima he wouldn't want it any other way.

"Maybe we should take a new challenge," Kirishima suggested with a laugh, leaning in closer. "How about we try to survive without any clothes next time?"

"And maybe with some practice," Denki laughed, already plotting their future escapades. After all, what was a little fun between heroes?
