The door was pushed open and Daven walked in.
"You're back! I'm starving!" Adriana said, taking the food wraps in his hands.
Daven quickly took his hat and glasses off.
"We have to leave," He said, racing to pack the little belongings they had.
"Why? What happened?" Adriana asked, dropping the food.
"My Dad's men are downstairs. I bribed the receptionist to halt them, but they'll be here soon enough." By the time he was done speaking, he had already packed everything that they'll need.
Adriana followed his lead and they swiftly made their way to the car Daven had rented outside.
Daven Willingham renting a car? The thought of it alone made him laugh.
But he knew he had to manage the little finances he had left. He wasn't sure how long they would have to be hiding with the way his father was moving.
"How did they even find us?" Adriana asked. They were already miles away from the hotel.
