Before Gordon there was a woman dressed in long pants and a sweater. As soon as Gordon took the ammo from her she retreated into herself hugging herself and looking anywhere but at Gordon. Gone was a overly confident brash young woman who wore revealing and see through clothes. Where before the Bonnie he had known probably would have said something already, this new Bonnie was scared, timid even.
"What happened?"
Gordon asked worried that Bonnie had been abused somehow. He could think of a good reason why she should feel ashamed. Was he misinterpreting her behavior just now?
"What happened? Nothing happened, I just set her straight. She was young, naive, dressing like that and behaving like a slut. I had to educate her on how men really are."
Quickly Monica stepped between Gordon and Bonnie.
"You, you, ... set her straight?"
Confused Gordon couldn't understand what Monica was trying to say.
