Struck by the minotaur's twisted logic, Gordon was amazed by the humility, but also by the gratitude that the bull man was expressing. Both of which were incongruous with the persona that he demon had been projecting earlier. Yet now the minotaur actually kneeled down on both knees. Bowing the demon lowered his mighty horned head to the dust and dirt of the hellscape.
"Oh, don't bow like that to me. Stand up, it is okay!"
Quickly Gordon tried to help the minotaur stand back up. There was no one to see this little embarrassing scene, but Gordon was still ashamed to be respected like this. He didn't feel that he deserved this sort of admiration.
"Master, I will devote my life to you. Bowing like this is only right ..."
