Taking a look Gordon was a little meh. The effects sort of paled at this point. First of all effect 2 adding one point of mental was now a drop in the bucket. With 125 points in mental just from the [Hero (Initiate)] template he wasn't looking for more mental. And using the Skill Tome to copy skills was a cheat. The way they auto filled in, spell checked, and grammar checked was already a significant boost to his copying speed.
That said Gordon was not one to turn up his nose at the little things. He supposed that if he had wanted different profession effects he just should have taken a different profession.
