Stunned Gordon took a few moments to process what had just happened. Within his inventory was the remains of a system. To him systems had always been these aloof things. You could interact with them, but ephemeral they didn't have material bodies and were omnipotent in many ways.
Taking out the [Damaged AI], Gordon found himself holding a futuristic looking circuit board. True it had weird loopy filaments and clear glass like transistors and chips shaped with all kinds of geometry. But the basic fact was that all this was placed on a board and there were the characteristic copper like connections between parts placed on the board. His mind just went to the idea of circuit board, he just couldn't help thinking of it as anything else. Time would tell if he found out later if it was something else entirely.
