"Oh, my, it is so lame, just because we Shame demons are so much more dangerous, the Catholic priests never spread our teachings, iconography, not even our species name!"
Honey became even more put out as she talked.
"It isn't fair! Lust demons get all the press. They are constantly in the everyone's thoughts. But little old Shame demons like me have to suffer. Only the greatest of humans who are true devote truth seekers ever find us. And usually only when they are really old when they finally find us!!"
At this point Honey was pulling her hair out and holding herself folding her arms under her breasts and huddling down. It was a pathetic sight.
And then Jessica gave Gordon a look motioning to Honey.
"Oh, right! Come here Honey, come sit here. Everything is going to be alright. Everything is going to be okay."
Getting the hint Gordon called Honey over to sit in his lap. Repeating a few platitudes Gordon held out his arms for her.
