With [Spark of Consciousness] all he had to do was let the talent work on the individuals testing and interviewing him. And then he just had to suggest that everything was fine and that he was perfectly willing to be a Philos clan disciple.
Actually this is probably what had already happened. The only reason the Philos clan was taking so long would be because none of the decision makers had actually come to visit him.
