Chapter 6 - CHAPTER SIX-Turned Head

Back in Philip's lounge.

"Baby, clean up quickly, we are already late for the meeting." Philip whispered into Maddy's ear as she had gone back to sleep. His need for her was unparalleled. He never felt this way about anyone. It felt good.

"Oh Philip, you always have my head turned."

"Damn skippy. Hurry, I'm so glad you decided to design a uniform, you would look strange if you came in wearing one set of clothing and went back out wearing another." Philip said as he handed her a uniform from his closet. "Thanks, I will only be a minute. Is there anything I need to prepare for the meeting or just an accompaniment for you?"

"Actually, I want you to Chair the meeting, I need to scope out these men and their reaction to my proposal for the next software launch."

"No problem. Okay I'm ready.

Philip didn't want to go, he wanted to take her home and make love to her until the end of the week.

He groaned as he got hard again. He reached down to his pants and squeezed himself. This had to be a sickness. "Again Philip?"

"For you, yes. Head to Boardroom 7, begin the meeting without me but don't share the proposal information until I get there. Introduce yourself to them, explain what your plans are etc. Andre and the others will back you up."

"So basically... stall." "That's my girl. Get going, I miss you already."

Maddy blushed and left.

As she pushed the door to the main boardroom, she made her way to the top of the table and sat in one of the chairs.

"Good morning everyone, My name is Maddison Peter, the new Vice President of Dalton Corp and Head of the Marketing Department. Our President is currently delayed at the moment and will be with us shortly. The meeting will begin in two minutes."

Philip's assistant handed Maddy the proposal Philip had prepared.

"Thanks Kira, kindly make sure the refreshments are ready for our guests in an hour."

"Okay Maddy." Someone at the far end of the table snorted.

"Speak up Sir." Maddy said softly as she raised her head.

"You need to know your place 'Maddy'." The man said with clear disdain.

"Call me stupid but I'm confused as to what you think my place should be Sir."

"That girl is your subordinate, she called you Maddy." Maddy smiled widely.

"I my subordinates call me that because it is my choice, I have no need to Lord over my staff members and make them feel inferior because of my title as VP. This useless bit of information is unimportant to this meeting."

"I agree Maddy, we treat all our staff with respect, no matter what our titles are." Philip growled as he quietly appeared in the doorway.

"I'm not sure I want to invest in a project run by people who don't know or appreciate the chain of command."

"Our chain of command doesn't include you Sir, feel free to leave, Dalton Corp is competent enough to attract clients and investors who are willing and ready to sit shoulder to shoulder with us." Maddy replied confidently.

"You allow her to speak for you Mr. Kilian?" The man shouted as he stood up and pushed back his chair.

"She is definitely free to speak, and I agree. Leave or I will have security throw you out. Maddy, we have another meeting in the next boardroom in half an hour, some of the investors are already there, ask Kira to take the refreshments to them."

"Okay." Maddy grabbed the proposal from the table and left the room without so much as a look in the rude man's direction.

"Let me explain something to you Mr. Kilian, I will tell everyone about your operations here and how you allow people to disrespect potential investors." "You disrespected my VP twice and THINK I would stand by and let it continue? Your issue was not that someone called her Maddy, your issue is that she is competent and does not buy into your bullshit. Now, again, get OUT of my building!" Philip shouted.

The man huffed and left with his assistant who followed behind him sheepishly.

Philip went to find Maddy; the meeting definitely didn't go as he planned but he was a hair's breath away from punching Sinclair Jones in the face.

Maddy was sitting in her office at her desk. She looked up when she heard the door open. "Baby, are you okay?" "I ruined everything." She whispered.

"Do you think I would stand for anyone insulting you?"

"He made me feel as if I wasn't suitable to Chair the meeting. I'm sorry Philip, I can find him and ask him to change his mind and apologize."

"That is never going to happen. I am done with him. We have another meeting, wanna play hookie?" Philip asked playfully.

Maddy blushed. Her body heated up as Philip wheeled towards her. "We were late last time Philip."

"This is my company, they will wait, I need you baby."

Maddy turned away and left for her personal lounge. Before she turned to face him, Philip had already gotten rid of his jacket and was unbuttoning his shirt. Maddy had done the same, she quickly took off her clothes this time.

"God babe, you are so beautiful, I want you on top, I will try to make this quick."

Half hour later, Philip and Maddy were entering the smaller boardroom for their meeting. Once again Philip asked her to Chair the meeting but this time, everyone was blown away by her. Men lusted; women were jealous. Philip was happy.

"Ladies and gentlemen, it was a pleasure having you today. Mr. Kilian will be on hand to sign the contracts, thank you for taking an interest in the project. Refreshments are still available, don't leave any on the trays." Maddy said as she smiled widely. The people applauded lightly. Success!

Philip decided to call it a day, it was only one in the afternoon, but he needed his woman. He felt he was suffering from some kind of deranged lust for her. He wanted to be with her every second.

"Sir." Andre responded when her cell rang. "Take us home, we will be down in ten."

As Philip got comfortable in the car, he decided he wanted to give Maddy everything she needed in life. He was ready to make her his business partner. In the short time she was at Dalton Corp, his staff had been outfitted with a uniform that they loved wearing, even the executives. She had suggested some ideas about the design, asked the staff to submit forms detailing their skills outside of their job descriptions. Everyone responded and the plan was for them to move up in the company and eventually move on to owning their own business. She was a positive force and the ones who insulted her in the beginning, now had huge respect for her.

As they pulled up to his house, Andre pushed him inside and Maddy followed.

"I don't think I will be needing you until later Andre, you can relax until about 6."

Philip looked at Maddy who was standing next to Andre.

"I think you better make that 8, if Maddy is staying the night, I won't need you to take her home.
