Alice's eyes held a glint, staring at his conviction. He was so... Pure. He was so good. How was he so down to Earth and at the same time, out of this world?
*Wow, now that's a gentleman filled with integrity.* Leo said and she finally blinked. She shut her eyes.
He was a good person, even Leo knew it. His heart was set on the right path. Yet, for some reason, she did not feel comfortable about him.
She didn't know how to explain it. She was happy that he was nice to her. He was handsome, caring, and all of that, but maybe because she was the opposite, she didn't feel they could mix.
Or maybe it was something else.
