Alice gave it a thought. Aside from the regular theory every human had, she knew nothing about them.
The knowledge of demons had been around for ages, even before the gates appeared. You could say they were part of myths and legends and it was through these myths and legends that creators were able to make games with virtual monsters...and demons
And you could say, monsters originated from demons.
As for demons appearing from gates... It was almost unheard of. No, not almost. It was unheard of.
People could assume that one of the red gates could house a demon but no one has actually come across one.
But it wasn't impossible.
After all, monsters that were only known in video games had suddenly surfaced, so why not demons?
It was only a matter of time before anyone discovered it to be true. And that time has come.
Because she, Alice, had finally come across a demon.
