Chapter 4 - The Necessity of Balance

In every world, the presence of the three main powers was crucial for its survival. If only one or two powers were present, the world would be plagued by imbalance and chaos. The Maintainer's power of preservation and protection was necessary to sustain life and maintain order, while the Creator's power of creation and manifestation brought new energy and growth. The Destroyer's power of transformation and change was essential for clearing the way for renewal and progress.

If a world lacked one of the three main powers, it would be doomed to destruction. The Destroyer's power would dominate, and the world would be ravaged by chaos and destruction. The Creator's power, without the balance of the Maintainer and Destroyer, would lead to unchecked growth and chaos. The Maintainer's power, without the creative spark of the Creator and the transformative force of the Destroyer, would stagnate and decay.

The three main gods, aware of the importance of balance, ensured that their avatars were present in every world. These avatars, imbued with the powers of creation, preservation, and destruction, maintained the delicate balance necessary for the world's survival.

The Bhur-loka, also known as Earth, held a unique position in the universe, situated between the lower and upper lokas. As a result, it was often the first target of the lower lokas' invasion. The three main gods, aware of this vulnerability, decided to always send their avatars to Earth, ensuring that they could maintain balance and prevent chaos from spreading.

With their avatars present on Earth, the three main gods could respond quickly to any imbalance, using their combined powers to restore order and harmony. This strategic decision allowed the gods to protect not only Earth but also the entire universe, as the balance of the Bhur-loka had a ripple effect on the other lokas.
