"clean up the mess." Mr Derek ordered before stepping out of the dark room but soon after he left the underground basement his phone rang, displaying an unknown number calling. This was strange because not a lot of persons knows or could easily get his number but anyways Mr Derek still answer the call which was a very huge mistake.
"Hello son..." Came the dry but humorous voice causing Mr Derek to freeze momentarily. This was one voice that he has always dreaded and never wish to hear again. It was his father, Stephen Grover.
" I hoped you like the small present I sent. Hope it wasn't too early for you." The man mocked.
" So you were the one who sent those intruder's." It wasn't a question as Mr Derek finally now realize who was the master mind behind the attack.
" I can't believe you didn't realize it was me even after you found out I had escape from the hell hole you put me in." Even if Stephen Grover was mocking his son joyfully, Mr Derek could still hear the bitterness in his voice.
" And You're now going after my wife's life, ain't you?." Mr Derek spit out also equally very bitter.
" Is that how you speak to your father after so many year." His father sadly said they but they both knew that he was far from being sad.
" Don't call me your son cause to me you're not and can never be my father!!!." Mr Derek clashed his teeth.
" Now, now don't be angry at me, I only want to talk to you, son." It now looked like his father had only call to torture him and make him upset.
"*Sign* what do you want, why can't you just leave me and my family alone." Why can't his father just let go of him as he did a long time ago.
"Why You asked?. You should have known I would always make your life miserable when you chose that woman over your own father and this time I promise to finish what I have been planning to do with to your daughter."
" Don't you dare touch my daughter!!!." Mr Derek rage out.
"You broke my heart derek, now see how I break yours by using own child. Ha ha ha." His father laughed very evilly.
" You touched my daughter the first time I only send you to jail but if you lay your hands on her again I promise you, even if I have to sell my soul to what ever demon, I will kill you." He said very calmly this time and cut the call before crashing his phone on the floor. Mr Derek was breathing very hard and his eyes were seeing red.
"Why!!." He screamed before hitting this Feist on the wall. Why was his father so obsess with him.
" Derek..," came the voice of this wife who standing right behind him.
" Honey, what are you doing here." Mr Derek turned facing her with a smile as if nothing happened.
" It was your father you were speaking to and don't lie to me cause I heard everything." Mrs Lora spoke right away, leaving no room for him to lie. ' damn it.' Mr Derek cursed as he didn't want her to find out.
" Yes it was him." He admitted.
" And you know what this means." Mrs Lora said before she moved closer to her husband to now standing face to face.
" It mean either we kill that man first or he ruins our daughter life." Mrs Lora held both her husband cheeks bringing his face close to her's before whispering. " This means the war begin's." The phone call from Stephan Glover was a sign telling them that the long war they had been fighting with him had just began but this time the fight wasn't theirs anymore but sam's.

Ken pov.
It was during around noon I got back to my apartment and as expected I found Barker sleeping on the floor carpet but he soon woke up because of the sound of me locking the door. " Woof, woof!." Barker call out and ran to greet me with his tail wigging.
" Hi boy, I hope that lazy Dennis feed you." I asked crouching to pet him after I saw empty dog bowl. " Not to worry cause I still have some of your dog treats with me." I said, making way into the kitchen and brought out his treats from one of the cabinet. While Barker eat his treats I went over the silk to fill his water bowl. My thoughts soon went to the girl i meet this morning. It was a very interesting meeting how she nearly ran over me with her car and broke my glasses causing me to smile. 'Speaking of glasses I would had to get a new pair.' I realized that this was the first time I spent half a day without wearing my glasses. " Woof!". Barker barked snapping me from my thoughts to see that the bowl was filled and over running with water.
" Sorry I forget," I apologize than turned off the tap.
" What are the chances I would ever get to meet her again." I wonder out loud as she had left an deep impression on him. I gave Baker his water bowl and want to the living room to watch a movie.
Maybe it could distract me from thinking about her.
